As an Account Executive, reporting to one of our Account Directors, you will support the planning and execution of experiential programs for the company and the clients we work with. In this role, you will contribute to delivering best-in-class marketing and event programs for new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing various experiential programs, as a support role to the experiential (XM) Team
- Coordinate all logistics as it relates to project scope
- You will provide account management support to the team as required which includes but is not limited to: developing internal briefing documents; managing day-to-day project execution from client briefing through to creative and production; prepare for and attend all client status meetings, along with senior management team member; act as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence; manage contact/call reports, status reports, budget management and any other client administrative support as required
- Provide exemplary customer service to both clients, partners, sponsors and/or suppliers, while creating world-class experiential, PR and social influence driven programs
- Develop internal briefing documents, timelines, and work-back schedules for all events
- On-site event support, either as primary lead or support to team, as required.
- Manage a wide range of operational and administrative tasks
- Assist members of the XM Team, as required
- Attend and work evening and weekend events, as required
- Travel within Canada to execute and support programs.
What we are looking for:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications (or similar) is preferred.
- Minimum 3-years of event management, agency, or relevant industry experience.
- Proven prior work experience managing multiple clients/events at once, with various goals, across different industries.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and conversational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and the ability to work on both Apple products and event management software/technology solutions.
- Proficiency in budget planning, budget development, budget management, and financial reconciliations.
- Aptitude for research, discovery and exploration into and around a client’s/brand’s business, to provide insights and observations.
- Bonus points if you are bilingual and are fluent in French or Mandarin.
