Director, Public Relations
We’re looking for a sharp, connected, and strategic Director, Public Relations to lead the earned media charge across a mix of luxury, lifestyle, and high-performance brands. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the media landscape, a love for storytelling, and a clear vision for how PR can shape culture and drive business results.
This role reports into our VP, Integrated Business and works shoulder-to-shoulder with our Head of Creative Strategy, Creative Director, and Group Business Director. It’s a highly collaborative position—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where great ideas come to life through integrated thinking.
And while the title says Director, we’re thinking long term. This role is designed to evolve into the future VP of Public Relations—so we’re looking for a builder, a leader, and someone ready to scale a department.
- Lead earned media strategies across lifestyle, luxury, and automotive verticals
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier media and cultural influencers
- Drive national and regional coverage that moves the needle
- Shape messaging and narratives in collaboration with creative and strategy leads
- Oversee media outreach, press materials, and PR toolkits
- Manage issues and crisis communications with confidence and care
- Track, measure, and report on campaign impact
- Mentor junior team members and help shape the future of the PR team
- 8+ years of PR experience—agency and brand-side or exclusive agency expertise
- Strong media relationships and a proven ability to land meaningful coverage
- Excellent writing and pitching skills
- A strategic mindset with a collaborative spirit
- Experience working in integrated teams across creative, digital, and experiential
- Bonus: experience in luxury, automotive, or high-end consumer sectors
