Beyond the reveal
For the Canadian debut of the Lamborghini Temerario, 7 Communications set out to create a distinctive reveal experience that reflected the vehicles performance, design and emotion. Hosted at Ricarda’s in downtown Toronto, the Temerario program combined dedicated media access with an evening reception and unveiling. Custom fabrication, environmental design, integrated AV and lighting, live performance, experiential cocktails and an interactive photo experience transformed the venue into an immersive environment centred on the Temerario.
Background
A new Lamborghini marks the next chapter in the evolution of the brand. It gives media firsthand access to the vehicle and its story, invites customers and prospects into the world surrounding it and creates an opportunity for Lamborghini to deepen important relationships in Canada.
As Canada’s wealth capital and the centre of its luxury market,Toronto was the natural destination. It provided access to the country’s largest concentration of customers, prospects, media and cultural influence, but finding a downtown venue with the right combination of exclusivity, scale, architectural character and flexibility was not easy.
The search led us back to Ricarda’s, a venue 7 Communications had used successfully before. Its soaring ceilings, exposed brick, floor to ceiling windows and distinctive X pillar structure offered the presence the Temerario required.
Our familiarity with the venue became a strategic advantage. We understood how guests moved through the atrium, where they naturally gathered, which locations offered the strongest sight lines and how the building’s architectural features could be incorporated into the experience. This knowledge allowed us to look beyond the existing layout and envision an entirely different expression of the space.

Challenge
The central question was clear: how could the reveal experience feel as distinctive as the vehicles itself?
The experience needed to combine focused media access with an immersive reception and unveiling, giving each element its own character while maintaining a cohesive brand experience. Some guests had attended previousLamborghini reveals, and some may also have experienced Ricarda’s before. The unveiling alone could not carry the experience. Anticipation needed to develop through the environment and build steadily toward the vehicle’s reveal.
Every element had to contribute to that transformation without overwhelming the vehicle. Success would depend on creating one cohesive experience in which architecture, entertainment, hospitality, lighting and content worked together while the Temerario remained unmistakably at the centre.

Solution
7 Communications used its knowledge of Ricarda’s to transform a familiar venue with precision. Rather than working around the central atrium, staircase and distinctive X pillars, we made those architectural features part of the creative concept.
Custom fabrication and environmental graphics reshaped the venue through branded backdrops, floor treatments, vehicle platforms, registration elements and a dedicated photo environment. Furniture, décor, bars and culinary stations were integrated into the same visual system, extending the Lamborghini presence beyond the reveal stage and throughout the guest journey.

Live performance was woven into the environment rather than presented as separate programming. Aerialists performed above the main bar using Ricarda’s existing structure, transforming one of the venue’s defining architectural features into a living installation. A DJ controlled the rhythm of the reception, while a saxophonist appeared in silhouette to introduce another layer of movement, sound and visual drama.
Hospitality became an active part of the creative experience. A specialty cocktail program used aromatics, molecular techniques, coloured ice, smoke and unexpected presentation to reflect the palette and expressive energy surrounding the Temerario. A premium branded photo experience gave guests another opportunity to participate and created a personalized takeaway from the evening. Food presentation, florals, furnishings and guest facing collateral were developed with the same attention to detail.
Integrated AV, lighting, music, and content built anticipation and brought focus for the unveiling.
Every layer of the environment moved in sync, giving the reveal greater emotional impact without competing with the vehicle. Ricarda’s was not simply dressed for Lamborghini. It was reimagined as Lamborghini.

Results
The program successfully balanced two audiences and objectives within a single day. Media received dedicated access to the vehicle in a professional setting, while customers, prospects and partners entered an evening experience designed to build anticipation and celebrate the brand.
By integrating spatial design, production, entertainment, hospitality, AV and content into one creative system, 7 Communications gave the Temerario reveal a distinct identity. The experience was designed to encourage exploration and interaction as the energy of the room developed toward the unveiling.
The program brought creative vision and meticulous execution together, connecting each detail to the vehicle at the heart of the experience. For the Temerario, the reveal began the moment guests entered the room.
