Victoria is a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist with a passion for building online communities that inspire, engage, and convert. She has managed digital content for brands across lifestyle, wellness, fashion, and hospitality, helping them tell their stories in ways that feel authentic, relevant, and results driven. Known for her attention to detail and deep understanding of platform specific strategies, Victoria brings a thoughtful, trend driven approach to every project she touches.
Victoria joined us in 2025 from Twelverays Digital Agency, where she managed 15 social accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest for The Hale Pau Hana, Umbre & Ochre, and Eat Dirt. She created content, launched campaigns, monitored metrics and continually optimized for engagement, pairing disciplined execution with the agility to seize creative opportunities. Before that, she sharpened her growth and conversion instincts working on Summer Friday’s and NAD Skin where her focus on prospecting and qualifying leads to better understand how social media supports the marketing funnel drove double-digit growth.
She built her early foundation agency side, developing content strategy, crafting shoppable posts and stories, and executing data backed campaigns tied to measurable results, analyzing performance down to the posts, hashtags, and products. Whether she is planning a content calendar, launching a campaign, or adapting to the latest algorithm shifts, Victoria approaches social media as both an art and a science. Her Psychology degree adds another dimension, helping her design strategies that connect beyond surface level metrics.
Outside of work, she is passionate about health and wellness, loves to travel, and is always on the hunt for a great glass of wine.
