Natalie Maurice

Vice President

A reputation as stellar as Natalie’s is built on more than the long list of projects she’s managed, clients she’s impressed and businesses she’s helped to succeed. It’s Natalie’s approach to all those achievements that makes her career as a marketing executive so impactful.

Start with her relentless focus on client service. Always a step ahead, she has a knack for anticipating requests, avoiding barriers and exceeding the expectations of even the most demanding client. Hyper-detailed planning and an intuitive approach to managing relationships ensures that programs constantly move forward. Managing timelines, budgets and teams is a holistic exercise that is constantly refined and enhanced.

Having lead teams in Canada, US and Europe, she knows first-hand the importance of ROI; but, there’s no box on a management scorecard for attention to detail and the impression that flawless execution has on a client and consumer. For Natalie, asking the hard questions now is a proven recipe that always wins and saves solving problems later. That approach, and a deep well of branding and program experience has propelled her to the very top of an elite list of professionals with both industry and agency experience, in Canada and internationally. Her value to her clients — and to 7 Communications — is immeasurable.

Natalie joined 7 Communications from Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), where she was the North American Marketing Manager. Prior to BRP, Natalie held roles of increasing responsibility at Hyundai Canada; and, was the automotive Account Director at agency Sharpe Blackmore (Euro RSCG) in Toronto and Scan Partner (Grey Global) in Goteborg, Sweden.

Employee #1 at 7 Communications. She’s the ketchup to our fries. The PB to our jelly. She is the best mama in all the land – both in the office, but most importantly, out of the office to her little man – the one who has made her realize that your heart can indeed walk around outside your body.
