Built to convert

JLR Toronto

JLR Toronto didn't need more ads. They needed a system and a strategic marketing partner who could execute. We built a full-funnel lead engine across social and search (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) that captured leads using custom landing pages designed for conversion. The result was a 347% lift in average monthly lead volume in less than a year.

Background

In luxury automotive, attention is expensive and intent disappears fast. The audience is narrow, the buyer pool is high-net-worth and fiercely contested, and the sales cycle is long. JLR Toronto needed a dependable way to drive more leads without relying on a single channel or a single moment in the calendar.

This isn't unique to JLR Toronto. It's the challenge every luxury dealer faces. The opportunity was to connect three things that usually run separately:

  • Brand and consideration building.
  • Inventory and dealership intent capture.
  • Clean, trackable conversion paths.

Challenge

A missed lead in this category isn't a missed click. It's a missed $100,000+ sale.

Most dealers run their digital marketing platform-by-platform: Meta over here, Google over there, with landing experiences treated as an afterthought.

Clicks land on generic inventory pages or homepages that weren't built for conversion, so prospects get sidetracked and rarely complete the action the ad was driving them toward.

The result is leaky funnels, inconsistent volume, and a sales team chasing duplicates and spam.

JLR Toronto needed something different:

  • Increased lead volume without sacrificing quality.
  • A funnel that worked as a connected system rather than a stack of disconnected platforms.
  • A structure that could be optimized continuously and scaled.
  • A clean handoff to the sales floor with the noise filtered out.

Solution

We built a full-funnel system with a clear job for each platform and tied it all together with landing pages engineered for conversion.

1. Landing pages built for offers, and built to evolve.

Most agencies running Meta and Google for dealers stop at the click. We didn't. Custom, model-specific landing pages were the backbone of the program—distraction-free, focused entirely on the offer, with clear next steps. Offers refreshed monthly, with multiple creative variants A/B tested against each other to keep conversion climbing and performance from plateauing. This is the piece most programs skip, and it's the piece that did the heaviest lifting.

2. Meta: Demand creation that feeds conversion

We built audience pools through consideration campaigns that told the story of what makes JLR Toronto different: the white-glove concierge approach and valet service offered, the largest collection of Land Rovers in Canada, exclusive models and specs you cannot find anywhere else, and customer testimonials.

These targets then fed into the lead generation campaigns tied to monthly offers, with creative refreshed mid-month to keep fatigue down and performance steady.

Each lead was screened to remove duplicates and filter spam before reaching the sales floor, so the handoff to sales was clean and the team's time went to engaging qualified prospects.

3. Google: Capture intent when it's highest

Google Search and Vehicle Listing Ads were structured to catch shoppers in the moments that mattered most—searching the dealership by name, comparing specific models, browsing live inventory.

Ongoing optimization of keyword structure, bidding, and relevance kept lead flow stable while pulling cost per click well below industry benchmark.

Results

A lead engine that delivered at scale

The program ran through a year that included broad economic uncertainty and a cyberattack that significantly disrupted JLR's global production and supply chain. JLR Toronto still outsold the competition and was awarded 2025 volume dealer of the year.

“The ads worked! Thank you all very much!”

Cody Mulhern, Sales Manager, JLR Toronto

Why it worked: This wasn't a campaign. It was a system—every channel with a defined role, landing pages removing friction at the bottom of the funnel, and continuous optimization compounding results over time. It's what we build for luxury automotive brands that expect more than impressions.
